This is a senior bathroom sales role within a well-established, growing business built on the back of a highly successful trade operation.
Demand is strong. Enquiries are consistent. The business is now looking to appoint an experienced bathroom showroom professional to take ownership of sales performance within its Glasgow operation.
This is not a junior role and it is not a design studio position. It is a commercially focused, customer-led bathroom sales opportunity.

What You’ll Own
Bathroom sales from enquiry through to completion
High-value residential bathroom projects
Your own pipeline, follow-up and conversion
Long-term customer relationships and referrals
Interaction with installers and trade professionals where required You’ll be supported by an experienced design team, allowing you to focus on consultation, sales and customer management rather than being tied up in detailed drawings.
About You
You’re an experienced bathroom showroom salesperson with a proven track record of managing projects from initial consultation through to close.
You understand how to guide customers through considered purchasing decisions and are comfortable discussing layouts, product selection and practical installation considerations.
You take pride in doing things properly. You value reputation. You know that strong service leads to repeat business.
You are commercially minded, motivated by earnings and confident managing your own customer base.
Earnings
Basic salary between £35,000 and £39,000 depending on experience
Uncapped commission paid quarterly
Realistic OTE £50,000–£60,000 for strong performers
