Toyota Financial Services India Limited (TFSIN) is seeking experienced Advocates/Legal Professionals to join its panel across multiple cities in India. The role involves handling legal cases related to retail and inventory funding.
Eligibility
* Minimum 5 years of litigation experience (banking/finance/NBFC matters preferred)
* Strong exposure to consumer forum, arbitration, Section 138 NI Act, recovery & civil cases
* Ability to represent and manage cases independently from filing to closure
* Good drafting and communication skills
Responsibilities
* Represent TFSIN in court proceedings across the specified cities
* Handle complete case lifecycle including filing, arguments, appearances, and updates
* Coordinate with in-house legal team for case strategies and compliance
