Business Development Assistant – Finchley (office based) - £30-36k My client is a successful firm of Chartered Surveyors who specialise in the Valuation of Commercial Property for Lenders and Investors. Within their New Business Team, they are looking to hire a Business Development Assistant as follows: * Based in a Finchley office location, Mon-Fri 9am to 5.30pm * Working directly alongside the practice manager, seated within the wider admin team * Focused on following up client leads and enquiries by phone, email and LinkedIn * Managing the practice managers diary, booking them in for meetings with clients (and accompanying them when required) * Networking online (LinkedIn etc.) as well as in person through conferences and industry events * Selling the services of the business to potential clients, which include banks, finance companies and large landlords * Keeping accurate records of actions undertaken, following up on calls/emails on dates agreed * General administrative support including database upkeep and liaising with other teams in-house. * Full training provided, previous property experience beneficial but not essential * Suitable Administrators will be IT and Social Media savvy with excellent written and spoken English and a professional telephone manner. Salary for the successful Business Development Assistant will start at up to £36k with potential for bonuses and reviews and uplifts based on performance.
