Key Responsibilities: Coach, enable, and inspire a young, motivated sales team helping them unlock their potential and exceed individual and team targets. Provide ongoing training, mentoring, and performance feedback, creating a culture of continuous development and accountability. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive sustainable revenue growth across new and existing markets. Act as a key collaborator across departments, especially with marketing and product teams, to align commercial strategies. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adapt and refine sales tactics. Deliver insightful sales reports and forecasts to senior leadership, ensuring transparency and data-led decision making.
