What You’ll Bring

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or pending QTS
*
Completion of, or working towards, your ECT induction
*
Strong subject or curriculum knowledge

Confidence managing classrooms and building positive relationships
*
A flexible, reflective and proactive approach to teaching
*
A genuine passion for education and professional development
Both Primary and Secondary ECTs are encouraged to apply.
Pay Structure
*
Day-to-day / short-term supply: from £120 per day
*
Long-term roles (from week 13, AWR applies):
Paid to scale M1 (£168.80)
