Business Support Officer
We are looking for a reliable and detail‑oriented person to join our Business Support Team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting daily operations and contributing to a positive, efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing correspondence from contractors, customers and residents
* Providing information and updates over the phone
* Updating and maintaining databases, records and client files
* Assisting with sales/purchase invoicing
* Maintaining office supplies
* Efficiently running the corporate post room
Key Qualifications
* Excellent organisational and administrative skills, with meticulous attention to detail
* Experience working in a busy administrative environment
* Strong communication skills with customers and colleagues
* Proficient numeracy, literacy and IT skills
* Adaptable to changing team needs
* Basic DBS clearance and three years employment referencing required
