Role Overview We are seeking a highly motivated, dynamic, and proactive Estate Manager to oversee the management and performance of a large residential portfolio of over 3,500 social housing properties. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional who can demonstrate strong leadership, compliance knowledge, and the ability to think on their feet in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring properties are maintained to a high standard, staff are effectively managed, and all regulatory and legal compliance requirements are consistently met.
