What you'll do:
In the capacity of Corporate Commercial Solicitor, you will:
* Assume responsibility for leading the Company Commercial department, overseeing complex transactional matters such as mergers, acquisitions, and restructuring initiatives.
* Cultivate and maintain robust client relationships by providing commercially attuned legal advice tailored to each client’s specific requirements.
* Guide and support junior lawyers within the team, fostering their professional growth and contributing positively to the collective ethos.

* You are a qualified solicitor possessing at least four to five years’ post-qualification experience in company commercial law within a reputable legal practice.
