Role Purpose

This role serves as the frontline sales representative responsible for executing sales and profitability targets within the assigned area by developing new business and expanding existing accounts.


Location

This position is based in the Boston Metro Area or nearby. Candidates must reside in this area; relocation is not provided.


Preferred Qualifications

Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.


Key Responsibilities

* Manage a customer portfolio within the designated area to implement the sales plan.
* Identify new opportunities, generate leads, and maintain a sales pipeline.
* Provide appropriate contact, service, and support to meet sales targets.
* Monitor sales performance regularly, identify remedial actions as needed.
* Collect and analyze customer feedback and market trends for potential market expansion.
* Promote the company's positive image and develop long-term customer relationships.


Job Requirements

* Experience in the paints and coatings industry or a similar B2B environment; 3-5 years in sales and key account management.
* Bachelor’s degree in business management or related; MBA preferred.
* Skills include stakeholder management, project management, decision-making, value creation, results orientation, customer service, problem-solving, communication, and financial acumen.
