About the Opportunity:
As an Account Executive, you will support the client servicing team in delivering high-quality influencer marketing campaigns. You will assist with maintaining client relationships and collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution. This role is sales-focused, requiring you to identify opportunities to grow client accounts, upsell services, and contribute to revenue growth. It’s perfect for someone with a strong understanding of social media metrics, excellent communication skills, and a proactive, results-driven approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in building and maintaining strong client relationships through email, video calls, and regular communication.
* Support the client team in delivering influencer campaigns that exceed expectations.
* Assist in creating detailed and accurate campaign reports that showcase results.
* Identify opportunities to upsell services and expand client accounts.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
* Stay ahead of social media trends and influencer marketing metrics to drive client success.
Role Requirements:
* Sales-focused mindset with experience in digital/social media.
* Strong understanding of influencer marketing and social metrics (impressions, reach, engagements).
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
* Ability to prioritise tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
