About the Position:
Reporting to the Registered Manager, the Senior Residential Support Worker advocates for and provides person-centred care, supporting staff to deliver high-quality support to residents.
Key Responsibilities:
* Contribute to residents' personal development with practical and emotional support
* Lead by example, communicate appropriately
* Design and deliver recreational activities within the home and community, including outings and holidays
* Assist in care planning, participate in reviews, and maintain knowledge of nutrition and hygiene
* Keep accurate records
* Manage key-worker duties and develop links with families and significant others
* Work with the Manager to ensure effective service delivery and communication
* Support staff through supervisions and training
About You
* NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare
* Experience supporting young adults with disabilities, autism, and complex needs
* Good communication and computer skills
