We are looking for a compassionate, reliable, and proactive Patient Services Assistant to join our busy Emergency Department. You’ll play a vital role in maintaining a safe, clean, and calming environment for patients – supporting their dignity, comfort, and wellbeing every day.

Responsibilities
* Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and infection control across the ward.
* Supporting patients with meals, hydration, and non‑clinical comfort needs.
* Assisting with preparing bed spaces and communal areas.
* Engaging with patients in a kind, respectful, and person‑centred manner.
* Working closely with nurses, healthcare assistants, and the wider team.
* Helping create a calm and therapeutic environment for patients with dementia and delirium.
