We are looking for a Sales and Customer Service Apprenticeship Trainer to join us at Zenith Training. Your role will involve providing excellent teaching and learning sessions for Level 2 and 3 Customer Service and Level 4 Sales Executive apprenticeship standards, both face-to-face and remotely. You will manage a caseload of learners and employers, ensuring timely achievements and progression. Additionally, you will support the raising of standards in line with the organisation's strategic objectives.

The role responsibilities include:

* Delivering high-quality apprenticeship standards using methods that stimulate learning tailored to learner needs, both face-to-face and remotely, including 1-2-1 and group sessions when required.
* Preparing relevant course materials, including resources, lesson plans, and schemes of work that meet awarding body requirements.
* Using initial assessment results to meet learning needs effectively.
* Liaising with employers to develop training programmes that satisfy their requirements and add value to learners.
* Monitoring learner progress to ensure continuous learning and timely achievement.
* Supporting the achievement of KPIs, business performance, and contractual targets for learner retention and success.
* Providing thorough feedback during reviews to employers and learners on progress.
* Seeking feedback from learners to review and improve learning support materials and the overall learning experience.
* Working closely with the Quality and Compliance Team to ensure all paperwork is completed to a high standard within required timescales, following systems and processes aligned with contractual deadlines.
* Acting on feedback from teaching observations, employers, peers, or other review processes.
* Keeping up to date with Ofsted, Awarding Organisations, and other stakeholder requirements.
* Complying with IQA standards and participating in IQA activities, with a willingness to gain relevant qualifications if needed.
* Providing impartial advice and guidance to support learners' progression.
* Promoting safeguarding, Prevent, British Values, Maths, and English in all sessions.
* Promoting and monitoring equality and diversity, recording issues as they arise.
* Using a variety of delivery methods suited to learner needs.

Additional responsibilities include tracking learner progress, completing weekly and monthly reports, contributing to audits, maintaining knowledge of all programmes, providing high-level customer service, and delivering vocational qualifications to diverse learners.

Qualifications required include a full teaching qualification such as PGCE, PCET, DTLLS, Recognised Assessor award (D32/D33, A1, TAQA, or CAVA). Candidates should have excellent communication skills, experience with online learning platforms, and the ability to work in a target-driven environment. A full, clean driving licence and vehicle are also required, with flexibility for travel.
