People & Development Coordinator
Location: City (2 days WFH)
Salary: £28k - £35k DOE
We’re partnering with a vibrant and well-established construction and property consultancy to find a People & Development Assistant to join their Early Talent team. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone with a passion for HR, early careers, or learning and development to contribute to a high-impact, fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Be Doing:

* Coordinate and schedule training and development sessions
\t
* Oversee onboarding for graduate and apprenticeship programme intakes
\t
* Prepare and manage key documentation and materials
\t
* Serve as a friendly and reliable point of contact for early talent queries
\t
* Support with planning and delivering early talent events
About You:
\t
* Previous experience in HR, early careers, or L&D
\t
* Strong organisational and time management skills
\t
* Confident communicator, both written and verbal
\t
* Knowledge of early talent programmes (grad or apprentice) is a plus
\t
* A proactive, supportive, and team-oriented mindset
