Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join our dynamic finance team. Duties
* Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to support business decisions and strategic initiatives.
* Develop and maintain financial models to forecast future performance and assess potential risks.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and provide insights on financial performance.
* Prepare detailed reports and presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint for senior management.
* Utilise SQL and Power BI for data analysis and visualisation, ensuring accurate reporting of key metrics.
* Monitor budget variances, identify trends, and recommend corrective actions as necessary.
* Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and long-term financial plans.
* Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies while maintaining accurate financial records.
Skills
* Proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and analysis.
* Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for complex financial modelling and data analysis.
* Experience with Power BI for creating interactive dashboards and reports.
* Strong understanding of financial planning processes and accounting principles.
* Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
* Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey financial information clearly.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
