Commercial Product Manager (Business Card)

Job Description
Building out business card product for SMEs, allowing WorldFirst to scale beyond retail and business customers.
In collaboration with the regional growth and marketing team and regional front-line team to understand clients pain points. Walk in the shoes of our clients and define what a great localized product looks like.
Driving continuous improvement in service quality
Competitor researches on their product advantages and system capabilities, gap analyses.
Set product target including PSAT rating, number of complaint’s, product penetration rate, automation rate, etc.
Responsible for making decisions on how the business card product expands next in UK/SEA/ANZ/EEA. Identify problems solutions for customers and priorities.
Draft PRD and coordinate with engineers on building a seamless, intuitive product for each market
Job Requirements
Deep experience with payments
A solid understanding of business card products, from customer facing to card scheme settlement
Working experience as product designer at UK issuer for multi-currency card issuing is preferable
Ability to design complete product flow, product requirement documents, coordinate with developer, designer, QA and other resources, follow up the progress of project implementation
Analytical and technical acumen along with business sense that guides ROI based prioritization
Readiness to provide insight and deliver measurable results for sophisticated products under ambiguous situations in a fast-paced environment
