Position: Social Worker (Initial Assessments, Care & Support)

Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct initial assessments and care & support evaluations.
2. Perform initial Section 47 assessments and handle Child Protection (CP) cases.
3. Transition CP cases to the PLO team as they progress to PLO status.

Requirements:
4. Degree in Social Care
5. Experience in children’s safeguarding, including child protection, children in need, or children in care
6. Social Work Wales Registration
