Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Wet Painter with experience in spray painting to join our manufacturing team. This role is essential in ensuring our products meet the high standards of quality our customers expect. Key Responsibilities:
* Spray Painting: Use paint guns to apply coatings to various products, ensuring even coverage and a flawless finish.
* Preparation: Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and priming as necessary.
* Maintenance: Maintain equipment in good working order, performing routine cleaning and maintenance.
* Quality Control: Inspect finished products to ensure they meet company standards and specifications.
* Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Experience: Previous experience in wet painting and spray painting is essential.
* Skills: Proficiency in using paint guns and other painting tools.
* Attention to Detail: Ability to produce high-quality finishes with precision and consistency.
* Reliability: Punctual, dependable, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
* Competitive Pay: £13.19 per hour with the opportunity for overtime.
