An experienced Criminal Duty Solicitor is sought to join a dynamic team in Stockport, Greater Manchester. The successful candidate will handle a diverse caseload, providing expert representation in Magistrates and Crown Court cases while delivering outstanding client care.
Key Responsibilities
* Represent clients at Court and police stations during the day.
* Manage emergency calls during evenings and weekends on a rota basis.
* Handle a large and varied caseload of Magistrates and Crown Court cases efficiently.
* Maintain high standards of client care and professionalism.
Requirements
* Criminal Duty Solicitor accreditation.
* Proven experience managing Magistrates and Crown Court caseloads.
* Exceptional communication and client care skills.
* Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.
