Role Overview: You'll be teaching students with a range of needs including Autism, PMLD, SLD, and ADHD. This role is ideal for teachers who want to work in a caring and structured learning environment.
Your Duties Will Include:
* Creating and adapting lesson plans for SEN learners
* Delivering lessons in creative and engaging ways
* Maintaining a safe and positive classroom atmosphere
* Managing behaviour effectively and calmly
* Providing personal care if required
You'll Need To Have:
* QTS recognised in the UK
* Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship)
* Enhanced DBS certificate or willingness to apply
* At least some SEN experience in UK schools
* Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
* Full-time availability (Mon-Fri, 8:30-3:30)
