We’re on the lookout for a Sales Coordinator to support our two Regional Sales Managers and our Regional Director of Sales across a portfolio of five fantastic hotels. You’ll be the heartbeat of the sales engine—organising, coordinating, qualifying leads, and ensuring every potential client gets the exceptional first impression they deserve. Responsibilities
* Research and identify potential clients, partners, and business opportunities across designated markets.
* Qualify leads based on defined criteria such as budget, decision-making authority, timeline, and fit.
* Maintain and update lead databases and CRM systems with accurate, current information.
* Analyze regional market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments.
* Generate prospect lists for targeted outreach campaigns and sales initiatives.
* Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to align lead generation strategies.
* Prepare reports and insights on lead quality, pipeline health, and market opportunities.
Qualifications
* You have hotel experience—whether from the sales office, reservations, events, or front office. You understand how hotels tick.
* You’re the kind of person who spots typos and cares about accuracy.
* You love a well-organised spreadsheet, a colour-coded diary, and a smooth-running workflow.
* You communicate clearly, professionally, and with genuine warmth.
