Overview
We are hiring for an Online Trading Executive to join Savers Health, Home & Beauty. This is a fast-paced, innovative environment and we are looking for a pro-active, motivated and commercially aware individual. In this position you will be responsible for supporting the Online Trading & UX Manager to drive sales and ensure maximum profitability of the Savers website. You will be part of an energetic team working alongside our skilled and experienced Buying and Marketing team.

What you’ll be doing
* Manage day-to-day operations of the website across product and promotions
* Enrichment of new products to give customers the best possible online experience
* Continual SEO development on site
* Product Catalogue management: continual improvement of online product content, working with suppliers to source updated content
* Creation and enrichment of online promotions in-line with the trading plan, paying close attention to detail and meeting deadlines
* Online promotional setup & configuration including banner operations
* Landing page operations
* Search & Merchandising
* Build and maintain relationships with the commercial team and external suppliers to ensure smooth operations of online product and promotional enrichment
* Aid the trading manager by supporting to analyse key metrics (conversion rate, ATV, sales) and propose actions to improve commercial performance
* Become an expert in the operation of the website platform (Hybris) to ensure you have excellent knowledge of how to operate the platform quickly, smoothly and accurately
* Close attention to detail with excellent accuracy – your work is customer-facing so needs to be best in class, first time, every time
* Generating new ideas, understanding market trends and new brands to continue to grow and innovate the website
* Leading projects to trial new concepts online
* Additional Projects Across ECommerce And Digital As Required
What we are looking for
* Strong organisational skills, as you’ll be responsible for multiple tasks at the same time – you will need to be able to prioritise and work effectively under pressure
* A passion for retail and the online customer journey
* Ability to quickly understand how to operate the eCommerce platform (full training will be provided)
* Able to work both independently but also as part of a wider administration team and able to flex workload depending on the needs of the wider team
* Experience working with a CMS (content management system) and GA (Google Analytics) is desirable but not essential
