Operations Director (Growth Enablement _ Point of Sale Materials _ 6 month initial contract), UK
Apply for the Operations Director role at HH Global, a leader in tech‑enabled creative production and procurement. This is a 6‑month contract position based on a hybrid model, with a preference for offices in Baldock, Hertfordshire, UK.
The role reports to the Global Account Director and works closely with BAU regional account teams to deliver a best‑in‑class operating program that unlocks value, provides client satisfaction, and drives business growth across retail marketing activation channels.
Key Responsibilities
* Create a partnership relationship and sense of community with client stakeholders
* Lead the global transformation program, balancing maturity and pace across markets
* Collaborate with BAU and internal support teams to deliver the client transformation roadmap
* Identify opportunities and implement initiatives/technology to improve process efficiency and drive revenue opportunities
* Provide program delivery governance, expertise and reporting to ensure delivery to client contract requirements
* Develop and deliver a communication plan to share success globally
* Drive client sustainability and innovation agenda, working with key business SMEs to lead across markets
Knowledge, Skills + Experience
* Substantial experience managing client relationships across marketing and procurement
* Proven and extensive client experience within the retail industries
* In‑depth operational experience delivering services to clients
* Strong experience in Marketing Activation; ideally Print POSM & Permanent display
* Significant experience working with multinational stakeholder groups
* Experience of developing and delivering transformational change programs across multiple markets
* Ability to identify business issues and develop risk mitigation strategies
* Strong presentation skills, able to present convincingly to senior audiences
* Excellent analysis and critical thinking skills
* Committed to quality, continuous improvement and operational excellence
* Strong interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with clients and colleagues
* Organised, effective under pressure, and consistently delivers results
* Demonstrated ability to drive financial and commercial outcomes
* Attention to detail and a passion for punctuality
