This role is based in Liverpool, but will require flexibility to work in Warrington and St Helens offices.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Welcome customers in person at reception and act as the first point of resolution for all enquiries.
* Provide accurate advice across housing services, ensuring all interactions are correctly processed in the Housing Management System.
* Handle rent-related queries, take payments, agree arrangements to pay, and promote arrears reduction.
* Process rehousing applications, advise on choice-based lettings, and complete verification checks.
* Support tenancy management processes including transfers, mutual exchanges, and anti-social behaviour cases.
* Apply our repairs policy to raise, prioritise, and manage repair requests, ensuring customers understand landlord and tenant responsibilities.
* Investigate, update, and resolve customer concerns or complaints.
* Encourage and assist customers in accessing our digital services, including setting up online accounts.
What We’re Looking For:
* Educated to 4 GCSE (or equivalent) Grade C or above including English
* Demonstrable IT skills and accurately inputting customer data into case
* CIH level 3 or willingness to work towards
