Responsibilities
* Work close to the Global Brand Manager to support one of the fastest-growing pillars of the brand
* Map opportunities, understand category dynamics, consumer behaviour and trends shaping the segment
* Support and lead global innovation projects, collaborating with central and local cross-functional teams and managing multiple networks and workstreams
* End-to-end innovation development, crafting new concepts, developing and qualifying disruptive product mixes across Good/Better/Best tiers
* Drive value and category development by crafting compelling regimes across different product formats
* Support the development of campaigns and assist the delivery of global communication toolkits and assets with the Brand Equity team, agencies, media partners and markets
* Build strong relationships with key markets and stakeholders to drive business priorities and create robust launch plans for growth

Experiences & Qualifications
* Relevant experience in Marketing and innovation
Skills
* External orientation: ability to learn the category globally and run market/competitive analysis
* Strategic Thinking & Planning: translate business objectives into actionable marketing strategies and plans that drive consumer demand and measurable results
* Finance and Business acumen
* Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and ability to influence senior stakeholders
* Familiarity with Innovation, concept development and product testing
* Experience with project management and leading cross-functional teams is highly beneficial
* Passion and eye for Beauty and SkinCare (a super plus)
* Interest in trends and consumer understanding

Location
In September 2020, Unilever announced plans for a new sustainable campus site in Kingston, London, to house some employees from 100 Victoria Embankment and Lever House in Kingston. The campus is planned to be completed in 2026.
