You’ll play a vital role in bringing talented international teachers to the UK, helping them settle and succeed. As an International Consultant, you’ll be right at the heart of this mission. The Role: International Recruitment Consultant You’ll be sourcing, onboarding, and supporting international teachers from around the world, ensuring they meet compliance standards and have everything they need to succeed in UK schools. Your role will include: Building and maintaining a strong international teacher pipeline, prioritising quality over quantity. Sourcing candidates through platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, and international universities. Guiding candidates through relocation processes — from visas and police checks to qualifications and UK compliance. Promoting TeacherActive’s USPs, including My-Progression CPD and flight reimbursement. Providing ongoing support to candidates before and after arrival, fostering loyalty and engagement. Creating high-quality candidate profiles to share with UK branches. Collaborating with local consultants to build strong, lasting teacher relationships.
