Talent Acquisition Coordinator
West End | 4 days in the office | £40,000–£45,000 + bonus + benefits | 18-month fixed term contract
We are supporting a highly regarded, global financial services firm with the appointment of a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join their London office.
This role sits within a busy and well-established HR function, supporting both lateral and early careers hiring across EMEA and APAC. It offers broad exposure across the full recruitment lifecycle, with a strong focus on coordination, delivery, and candidate experience.
The role will involve:
* Coordinating interviews across EMEA, including scheduling and managing stakeholder feedback
* Supporting campus recruitment processes, including assessment centres and interview logistics
* Arranging travel and logistics for candidates, interviews, and campus events across Europe
* Assisting with offer processes, including drafting documentation and coordinating approvals
* Supporting background checks, referencing, and onboarding activity
* Maintaining accurate recruitment records, CV logs, and candidate data
* Coordinating intern onboarding and training programme logistics
* Supporting recruitment events and early careers initiatives
* Processing invoices and managing administrative tasks related to recruitment activity
* Assisting with wider Talent Acquisition projects and team support
