The Apprentice Project Administration role

Your specific duties and responsibilities will include:

* Maintaining and organising project documentation, including drawings and correspondence, ensuring they are up to date and accessible
* Assisting in preparing and distributing project-related communications, such as meeting minutes, reports, and notices
* Acting as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
* Scheduling and coordinating project meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and updating action logs
* Inputting project data into relevant systems and databases
* Assisting in quality assurance processes and documentation

The Apprenticeship Standard

This is a level 3 apprenticeship, which means that on its completion you will have an industry recognised qualification as well as valuable practical experience.

Business administrator / Institute for Apprenticeships and Technical Education

SRM's chosen programme is delivered by Lakes College.

Your profile

* Please note that due to the nature of our sites, applicants must be over 18

The apprenticeship course entry requirements are as follows:

* Maths and English GCSE at Grade 4+ (or equivalent)
