Day-to-day of the role:
* Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of services.
* Act as the primary relationship manager, coordinating all client services.

* Monitor budgets, chargeable hours, and recoverability across the team.
* Conduct annual fee reviews and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
