Working Hours
Part‑time, 18 hours per week – Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities
* You will keep day‑to‑day logistics running smoothly, ensuring everything is in the right place at the right time.
* You will work closely with a supportive team, staying one step ahead in a fast‑paced environment.
* You will balance planning, coordination, and hands‑on activity while delivering a reliable service for customers and colleagues.
* You will maintain a valid UK driving licence; the role involves travelling between sites and some physical work.
* You will keep logistics operations flowing smoothly across multiple sites, supporting a consistent and efficient workflow.
* You will connect with project managers to understand upcoming needs, ensuring equipment, stock, and resources are ready in advance.
* You will travel between sites using a company vehicle, including collecting deliveries and managing incoming items.
* You will process and deliver orders accurately and on time, meeting agreed service levels.
* You will prepare equipment ahead of project deadlines, organising and moving stock where needed.
* You will collaborate with teams and customers, communicating clearly, resolving queries and meeting requirements.
* You will maintain accurate records and documentation to support operational excellence.
* You will take on hands‑on tasks like loading, unloading, and moving equipment, staying active throughout the day.
* You will follow health and safety standards, including using PPE and completing relevant training.
* You will be eligible to obtain DV clearance and hold a full UK driving licence for site travel.
* You will thrive in a collaborative, supportive team environment and enjoy keeping things organised and running smoothly.
* You will bring strong communication skills, being confident engaging with a variety of stakeholders.
* You will have experience in logistics, warehousing or distribution, or transferable skills and a willingness to learn.
* You will think ahead, staying proactive and anticipating what is needed before deadlines arrive.
* You will be highly organised, with great attention to detail in a fast‑moving environment.
* You will feel comfortable with physical, hands‑on tasks and enjoy staying active at work.
* You will be confident using ICT tools to support day‑to‑day operations.
Qualifications
* Valid UK driving licence.
* Ability and willingness to travel between sites.
* Experience in logistics, warehousing, distribution or equivalent transferable skills.
* Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Proactive, organised, with attention to detail.
* Comfortable with physical, hands‑on tasks.
* ICT proficiency to support daily operations.
* Capacity to obtain DV clearance if required.
