* Working Pattern:Hybrid (1 day per week in office + face-to-face visits)
About The Role
We are seeking a qualified and dedicated Social Worker to join our Adoption Team. This role is focused on supporting children with a care plan of adoption by assessing, preparing, and matching prospective adopters with children in need of permanent homes.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct comprehensive assessments of prospective adopters
* Deliver training to individuals and families preparing for adoption
* Organize and participate in information events
* Attend panel meetings for approvals and matching decisions
* Undertake family finding for children with adoption care plans
* Carry out face-to-face visits with families and children
