About the Team:
We support financial planning, reporting, and analysis at a group level. Our work helps senior leaders make informed decisions by providing clear insight into performance, risks, and opportunities. We collaborate closely with finance teams across the business and with functions such as Strategy, Investor Relations, Tax, and Treasury.
About the Role:
This role sits within the Group Financial Planning & Analysis team and reports to the Group FP&A Senior Manager. You will combine financial analysis with clear communication to support effective decision-making across the organisation.

Responsibilities:
* Analyse and review budgets, forecasts, and performance information from across the business
* Prepare consolidated budgets, forecasts, and regular management reports
* Lead month-end reporting, including group consolidation and rolling forecasts
* Provide insight on financial performance and returns to support investment and resource decisions
* Support internal and external financial reporting requirements
* Build strong, collaborative relationships with finance and non-finance stakeholders
* Work with Group Financial Reporting to ensure accuracy and transparency in centrally managed items and key judgments
Requirements:
* Experience in financial planning, analysis, or related roles within a complex or international organisation
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to explain financial information clearly to different audiences
* Confidence working with data, spreadsheets, and financial systems (experience with tools such as Oracle or SmartView is helpful but not essential)
* An organised and proactive approach, with the ability to manage deadlines and changing priorities
* A collaborative mindset and clear, inclusive communication style
* A relevant professional qualification (such as ACCA, ACA, CIMA, or equivalent experience) is valued, but equivalent practical experience is equally welcome
