We are seeking a dedicated Behaviour Mentor to join a friendly, high-performing primary school in Barnet. Behaviour Mentor – Requirements
Experience supporting children with behavioural, social, or emotional needs
Background working in a pastoral, mentoring, or inclusion-based role (school or youth setting)
A calm, patient, and restorative approach to managing behaviour
Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive, trusting relationships
Resilient, empathetic, and proactive in responding to pupils' needs
