Leveraged Finance Associate (3-6 PQE) We are working leading UK/International law firms on opportunities within their leading Leveraged Finance practices in London. One hiring team advises banks, sponsors, and funds on the largest, most complex LBOs and acquisition financings in the market, often spanning multiple jurisdictions. Another is also a leading player offering advice to private equity sponsors, portfolio companies, and lenders on sophisticated mid-large deals. Both are highly respected market-wide.
