Role Overview
Fixed term 1-year physiotherapy position within the West Lothian team. You will rotate across a variety of physiotherapy specialisms within St John’s Hospital and local Health Centres and community bases across West Lothian.
Responsibilities
* Complete rotations in inpatient and outpatient settings lasting six months each.
* Provide care in medical, surgical, ITU and rehabilitation contexts.
* Participate in CPD time and a comprehensive training programme tailored to your needs and work location.
* Work with a senior mentor to achieve objectives, fulfil your Personal Development Plan (PDP) and meet all pillars of practice.
* Progress to Band 6 role upon completion of the post.
* Benefit from good transport links; some team members commute from Edinburgh, Glasgow or Fife.
Requirements
* Current PVG Scheme membership/record for the required regulatory group (child and/or adult) or ability to obtain it through Disclosure Scotland.
* Valid UK visa and immigration status or ability to demonstrate relevant permission to work.
