We’re looking for a dedicated Year 6 Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Bootle. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference during a crucial stage of learning.
What you’ll be doing:
* Providing tailored support to Year 6 pupils in class and small groups.
* Assisting with SATs preparation and boosting confidence in core subjects.
* Working closely with the class teacher to create an engaging learning environment.
* Supporting pupils’ emotional wellbeing and encouraging positive behaviour.
What we’re looking for:
* Experience working with KS2 pupils (Year 6 experience is a bonus!).
* A proactive, caring approach and strong communication skills.
* Ability to motivate and inspire learners.
* Relevant qualifications or classroom experience.
