Morgan McKinley is recruiting for an experienced Operations Manager on a 12-month contract on behalf of a leading tech company. The Operations Manager will play a critical role in ensuring seamless product support and launch readiness.
🔍 About the Role
As an Operations Readiness Manager, you’ll act as the key link between product teams and vendor partners, ensuring support operations are fully prepared for product launches and ongoing changes. This is a highly cross-functional, stakeholder-facing role where communication and coordination are key.
💼 What You’ll Be Doing
* Act as the bridge between product owners and vendor managers supporting non-ad products
* Drive stakeholder alignment, balancing product expectations with operational efficiency and cost
* Lead end-to-end project management for product launches (ranging from rapid rollouts to 6-month initiatives)
* Ensure operational readiness by equipping support teams with training, documentation, and timelines
* Communicate and manage key performance metrics, including SLAs, response times, and customer satisfaction
* Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders
* Hold teams accountable by ensuring alignment and delivery across multiple functions
✅ What We’re Looking For
* 7–11 years of experience in operations, program management, or similar roles
* Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
* Confidence working with and presenting to senior stakeholders
* Strong project management and problem-solving abilities
* Ability to interpret data and communicate insights clearly (no deep technical expertise required)
