The Recipe (About the Role)
The role aims to oversee the secure production workflow, guiding materials from their arrival to the completion of finished products within the designated factory. You'll achieve this through strong team influence, ensuring that safety, quality, productivity, cost-effectiveness, timely delivery, and staff morale meet key performance indicators.
1. Ensure compliance with legal, food safety, health, safety, environmental, and people policies
2. Oversee KPI targets and results for the factory
3. Directly take care of and assist your team to meet objectives through coaching and adherence to standards
4. Oversee training and development to maintain required experience within the team
5. Effectively allocate resources to meet budget and production goals
6. Report on shift results regularly and ensure delivery of the production plan
7. Oversee improvement projects and encourage continuous process enhancement within cross-functional teams
8. Accountable for team performance development through coaching and accountability measures
The Ingredients (What we need from you)
Key Know How
9. Demonstrated expertise in successful facilitation and coaching
10. Proven experience in high-level team management within a FMCG setting or a comparable industry, preferably with direct involvement in manufacturing
11. Familiarity with business improvement methodologies and tools
12. Possession of IOSH Managing Safely certification or a willingness to pursue it
13. Alignment to Weetabix values
14. Are always curious to finding new ways to do business!
15. Have the aptitude to demonstrate how you keep up to date in your field of expertise

16. Working knowledge of D365
