We are recruiting for an experienced Hard Facilities Contract Manager to work on a highly prestigious commercial facility in the Merseyside area. Salary: 50-55k basic plus car allowance.
The Facilities Contract Manager will be responsible for monitoring service performance, M&E maintenance operations, building compliance, site liaison, and contractual adherence.
Key Accountabilities:
1. Coordinate and manage building services operations on a multi-building contract
2. Manage all PPM and reactive maintenance schedules
3. Plan and implement small works projects
4. Liaise and oversee all sub-contractor operations
5. Review service performance
6. Manage technical departments
7. Develop strong relationships with the end user
8. Assist the compliance team to ensure all service providers meet statutory and contractual requirements
9. Participate with Operations Teams in reviewing and challenging ongoing service and commercial performance from service partners, through regular reviews, to unlock additional value at an operational/tactical level
10. Support planning and implementation of the budget and revised forecasts
11. Overlap with soft services including cleaning, security, grounds maintenance, etc.
Personal Experience, Qualifications, and Skills:
* Experience in multi-site contract management
* Ideally hold a building services engineering background (M&E, HVAC, etc.)
* Excellent client-facing and customer development skills
* Experience with Performance Management systems and their application to the Building Services/FM industry
* Intermediate IT skills
* Strong customer service skills and experience
* Service-oriented attitude with innovative thinking
* Effective negotiator, able to deal with both junior and senior staff
* Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to work as part of a team
