Salary: £60,000 per annum

About the Role
We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established Family Assessment Centre in Great Malvern, seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Manager to lead their dedicated team. This is a unique opportunity for a qualified Social Worker to oversee trauma-informed care and high-quality family assessments for up to seven families.
The service supports families facing complex challenges including learning disabilities, mental health issues, and substance misuse. Assessments are carried out over a 14-week period using the Parent Assess model.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage all operational aspects of the centre, ensuring the delivery of outstanding care and assessments.
Supervise, support, and develop staff to ensure a high-performing, well-trained team.
Design and oversee individualised assessment and support plans tailored to each family's needs.
Ensure compliance with Ofsted standards, aiming for and maintaining an 'Outstanding' rating.
Work in close partnership with families and external professionals throughout the assessment process.
Monitor progress and outcomes, adjusting support strategies as needed.
Foster a trauma-informed, inclusive, and positive culture across the team.
Manage referrals, liaise with local authorities, and develop external partnerships.
Maintain accurate records and produce timely reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Candidate Requirements
Qualified Social Worker registered with Social Work England.
Proven experience managing residential or family assessment services.
Familiarity with the Parent Assess model or similar assessment frameworks.
Experience supporting families with complex needs, including mental health and substance misuse.
Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
In-depth knowledge of Ofsted regulations and safeguarding best practice.
Compassionate and resilient, with a solution-focused approach.
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
