* Strong *career growth* opportunities in a growing business *What You'll Do*· Perform second-line break-fix and preventive maintenance on our range of ATMs, including Triton, Wincor, and NCR machines. · Collaborate with customers to identify and resolve technical issues to fit with their service requirements and enable on time in full machine provision. · Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that all customers and stakeholders are treated with respect and professionalism · Accurately document all service transactions and keep detailed records of any repairs or replacements performed · Stay up-to-date with the latest product knowledge and industry trends through ongoing training and professional development · Conduct quality control checks to ensure that all repairs and replacements meet company standards *What You’ll Need** Field Service Engineering experience with electro-mechanical systems
* ATM experience is ideal but not essential
* A drive to deliver on your daily calls, and fix things right first time. xsngvjr
* A valid UK driving licence (max 6 active points)
* A methodical, problem-solving mindset
* Clear, confident communication & customer service skills
* Willingness to travel and work weekends/holidays on rotation
