Your Role:
As a Recruitment Resourcer, you'll become a crucial link between clients and candidates, responsible for:
* Actively sourcing and engaging skilled professionals aligned with our clients' evolving project needs.
* Managing candidate pipelines through databases, social media, and direct outreach.
* Presenting job opportunities with energy and precision to attract top talent.
* Conducting interviews, preparing candidate profiles, and guiding the recruitment process.
* Building strong relationships with candidates and clients by providing outstanding service.
* Spotting opportunities for business development and supporting marketing initiatives to grow our reach.
What We're Looking For:
We're seeking motivated, curious individuals who want to grow with us:
* Bachelor's degree (preferred)
* Minimum 1 year of office-based sales or recruitment experience
* Passion or interest in renewable energy, engineering, or construction
* Great communicator and natural organiser
* Confident with digital tools and social media
* Team player with a proactive, can-do attitude
* Ready to work hard, learn fast, and exceed expectations
