Job Summary

Rimini Street is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Regional Partner Director, EMEA to develop and grow strategic relationships with partners in the EMEA Region. This role will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, enabling, and managing referral, reseller, and alliance partners to accelerate pipeline generation, deal progression, and revenue growth for Rimini Street’s Portfolio.

The right candidate will possess an entrepreneurial spirit, a proven track record of sales excellence, the ability to consistently meet or exceed quotas, and the capacity to take the business to the next level. Must be hungry and have a passion for winning. We need someone who can be hands-on to build revenue and be a strategic thinker with the ability to create long-term relationships with partners that drive NCI revenue growth within the EMEA Region This Partner Manager needs to ensure that the Partners have a proper understanding of Rimini Street's portfolio.

The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of sales and partner managing experience in the EMEA Region. The candidate should also have excellent executive relationships with the partners.

Strong communication skills are required, as well as the ability to promote the value of Rimini Street to system integrators and consulting firms, referral, reseller, and alliance partners.

Key Responsibilities:

Partner Recruitment & Onboarding

1. Identify, evaluate, and recruit high-potential partners (including resellers, referral partners, system integrators, and consulting firms).
2. Manage partner onboarding process including training, and contractual alignment.

Partner Enablement & Sales Acceleration

3. Drive partner readiness through enablement programs, product training, and joint go-to-market initiatives.
4. Support partners in identifying opportunities and building the pipeline.
5. Co-sell with partners to influence and close Rimini Street deals.

Sales Activities

6. Collaborate closely with ours and the partner sellers including marketing to qualify and follow up on partner-sourced leads as well as leads we share with partners.
7. Manage and drive selected strategic sales cycles from qualification to closure with partner involvement.
8. Support ours and the partner sellers with pipeline acceleration tactics, deal desk approval, and strategic prospecting aligned with partner activity.

Relationship Management

9. Build strong, trusted relationships with key stakeholders within partner organizations.
10. Act as the single point of contact for partner engagement in region.
11. Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Pre-Sales, Legal, etc.) to support partner needs and joint initiatives.

Performance Management & Reporting

12. Set quarterly business goals and joint action plans with key partners.
13. Track partner performance metrics (pipeline, revenue, activity).
14. Provide regular reporting and insights to management on partner contribution.

Marketing & GTM Collaboration

15. Plan and execute joint marketing activities, campaigns, and partner events.
16. Localize and share Rimini Street’s value proposition tailored for region enterprise clients through partners.

Education

19. Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field. MBA a plus.

Language

20. Native Language (spoken and written)
21. Fluent English (spoken and written)

Experience

22. 10+ years of sales and partner management experience in a global software or IT services company.
23. Familiarity with software support services, managed services, or third-party support models.
24. Ability to influence and negotiate with senior stakeholders, both internally and externally.
25. Comfortable with CRM and partner management tools (e.g., Salesforce).
26. Record of sustained and significant quota over-achievement.
27. Experience working in a fast-paced, team-oriented, collaborative environment

31.  Able to work under stress and handle multiple critical priorities
32.  Very strong work ethic with “can-do, roll up sleeves to figure it out” attitude
33.  Ability to leverage a supporting team of Account Executives, Client Success Managers, Pre-Sales Engineers, Lead Generation, and Marketing

Desired Qualifications

34. Experience partner/alliance for major software vendors (e.g., SAP or Oracle) or System Integrators or Global enterprise companies.
35. Deep understanding of the respective region’s enterprise IT ecosystem, including ERP vendors (SAP, Oracle), resellers, referral, system integrators and consulting partners.
