About Bridges Partnership - Glasgow
The Bridges Partnership is jointly provided by Aberlour Glasgow Family Support Service and Shelter Scotland to support mothers and their children living in the North East of Glasgow affected by domestic abuse.
About Glasgow Perinatal Service
Aberlour has received funding from Scottish Government for a Service Manager and 6 posts to support new parents pre and post-birth across Glasgow, aiming to facilitate recovery from problematic substance use and improve parenting capacity and confidence.
The service operates 7 days a week, from 8am to 8pm, offering strength-based whole family support from pre-birth to the baby's first birthday.
What we are looking for....
The role of Service Administrator involves varied administrative tasks, including financial administration, ordering office equipment, and supporting file recording systems. You will be the first point of contact for families, requiring friendly and appropriate responses, especially in urgent situations.
Applicants should have administrative experience in busy office or social care settings, be proficient with Microsoft Office, and possess excellent communication and organizational skills. A professional qualification at SCQF level 7 or equivalent experience is required.
