You’ll be joining a specialist boutique disputes firm in Central London, recognised for its expertise inplexmercial litigation, fraud, and trust matters. The firm is known for acting on sophisticated, high‑value disputes for an international client base, offering the advantage of close partner access, genuine teamwork, and high-quality practice without the layers of bureaucracy found in larger City firms.
Your new role
As a 3-5 PQE Associate, you will work across a diverse caseload that reflects the firm’s core strengths. Around 70% of your work will be litigation, includingmercial disputes, civil fraud claims, and contentious trusts matters. The remaining 30% will be arbitration, including LCIA, ICC and ad‑hoc proceedings. You’ll enjoy meaningful responsibility from the outset, with opportunities to run matters, develop client relationships, and contribute strategically to high-stakes disputes.
What you'll need to succeed
1. 3–5 years’ PQE (guidelines only) gained at a strong dispute practice and with qualification in England and Wales.
2. Solid grounding inmercial litigation.
3. Experience or exposure to civil fraud, asset tracing, or trust litigation.
4. Familiarity with international arbitration is beneficial.
5. Strong drafting, analytical ability, and sound judgment.
6. A proactive, collaborative mindset and an interest in varied,plex work.
