Salary: Up to £25,000
Working days: Monday to Friday
Working hours: 9am to 5.30pm
Duration of contract: Permanent
Duties:
Speaking with customers regarding renewals and claims
Speaking with insurance providers
Dealing with complaints
Providing excellent customer service
General administrationRequirements:
Experience in claims handling or customer service
