Role Overview We are seeking a Senior Design Engineer to drive the development of cutting-edge engineered products. Key Responsibilities Lead the mechanical design and development of advanced rotating equipment for diverse sectors including Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Power, Clean Energy, and Industrial. Deliver innovative solutions to complex engineering problems, ensuring designs are safe, efficient, and commercially viable. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, reliability, and project engineering to bring products from concept to production. Mentor and guide junior engineers, sharing expertise to foster skill development and knowledge transfer. Influence the design strategy and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the engineering team. Candidate Requirements Proven experience in mechanical design, ideally in rotating equipment or engineered products. Strong knowledge of mechanical engineering principles, materials, and manufacturing processes. Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar). Track record of solving complex engineering challenges and delivering innovative solutions. Excellent communication skills and ability to mentor and lead technical teams.
