About The Role: This vacancy is being offered on a 12 month temporary basis to cover a maternity leave. Days of Working: Monday - Friday from 09:00 to 5pm This role offers an exciting opportunity to be the first point of contact for employees and visitors, delivering a professional and welcoming service while ensuring the safety and security of the site. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital part in maintaining a secure and well-managed environment by monitoring building systems, managing access controls, and supporting health and safety procedures. The position requires a proactive and diligent individual with strong communication and customer service skills, who is committed to upholding high standards and contributing to a safe and efficient workplace. As part of your role, your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Acting as a first line support to employees and visitors to site, providing a professional and friendly service. Support a safe working environment for staff, residents, and visitors by adhering to Health and Safety legislation, policies and procedures, and reporting any damage/defects occurred. Controlling access door and gates, checking vehicles as necessary. Fire, security and building systems monitoring. Service area barrier control and traffic management. Issuing and checking of security passes. The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria: Must have Right to Work in the UK.
