Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer (Electrical or Mechanical Bias)
Location: Thatcham - Newbury
Salary: £50,000 per annum
Shifts: Panama's (2 on 3 off, 3 on 2 off), rotating Days & Nights (12-hour shifts)

What You'll Be Doing:
* Carrying out planned and preventative maintenance to minimise downtime
* Fault finding on PLCs (Siemens/Allen Bradley - desirable)
* Working with hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors, motors, gearboxes, pumps, and valves
* Diagnosing issues with chains, belts, bearings, sensors, relays, and drives
* Collaborating with a motivated team that has a strong can-do attitude
What We're Looking For:
* NVQ Level 3 in Engineering (or equivalent qualification)
* Previous experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment (ideally FMCG)
* A strong mechanical or electrical bias with a multi-skilled approach
* A proactive, hands-on mindset with solid troubleshooting skills
