Hours
7 days a week, 0700 - 1900 and 1900 - 0700 shifts
Salary
This is a full-time position with an annual salary up to £53,172 per annum FTE, depending on experience.

Main duties of the job
* Lead a multi-disciplinary team to deliver a nurse-led service and prevent hospital admissions
* Undertake medication rounds, dispense controlled medication, respond to emergencies, assess patients, and conduct reception screening
* Provide personalized, evidence-based care, listening to and acting on patient feedback
* Deliver non-judgmental care that makes a real difference
* Build strong partnerships with stakeholders, ensuring a trusted and safe service
* Promote best practices, clinical supervision, and continuous quality improvement
* Share knowledge and support team development to ensure safe and effective care

Qualifications required
* Registered nurse (Adult)
* Current professional qualification (NMC)
* Evidence of Continuing Professional Development
* Understanding of multi-disciplinary and multi-agency working
* Excellent communication skills
* Proactive problem-solving skills
* Motivated, both individually and in team settings
Experience in hospital, community, or prison healthcare settings is desirable but not essential.
